Returns the curated TRC20 whitelist the platform tracks, keyed by symbol. This is the same list that drives the trc20 and trc20_tokens blocks of the balance endpoints: a token that is absent here is not resolved into a symbol and will not appear in a balance response, even if the address holds it. At the moment the list contains USDT only.
